For a product complaint, kindly fill in the Product Complaint form and email it at product.complaints@aidian.eu
The following information is needed for quick and efficient handling of the complaint:
- Product name and lot of the kit or component
- For instruments the serial number and software version
- Short description of the complaint and any other relevant data (pictures, print-outs etc.)
- Name of the customer (end-user)
