For product-specific questions, please contact product support.

For a product complaint, kindly fill in the Product Complaint form and email it at product.complaints@aidian.eu

The following information is needed for quick and efficient handling of the complaint:

  • Product name and lot of the kit or component
  • For instruments the serial number and software version
  • Short description of the complaint and any other relevant data (pictures, print-outs etc.)
  • Name of the customer (end-user)
