The cornerstones of our culture are positive teamwork, open atmosphere, and mutual trust. We work together towards a meaningful goal of improving the health and well-being of people around the world also for future generations to come.

The foundation of our way of working is guided by our values and these values unite our employees. Both our strategy and culture aim towards ‘One unified Aidian’. Each employee at Aidian is treated equally and has equal possibilities to succeed and develop in their own work. 

One of our values is mutual trust and respect, and we want to act so that we can trust each other and respect each other's work. This creates a basis for collaboration and enables us to develop new innovations. Quality is at the center of our operations and embedded in the way we work.
