Our culture

The cornerstones of our culture are positive teamwork, open atmosphere, and mutual trust. We work together towards a meaningful goal of improving the health and well-being of people around the world also for future generations to come.

The foundation of our way of working is guided by our values and these values unite our employees. Both our strategy and culture aim towards ‘One unified Aidian’. Each employee at Aidian is treated equally and has equal possibilities to succeed and develop in their own work. 

One of our values is mutual trust and respect, and we want to act so that we can trust each other and respect each other's work. This creates a basis for collaboration and enables us to develop new innovations. Quality is at the center of our operations and embedded in the way we work.

We value open culture where everyone’s opinion is appreciated. We strive for continuous improvement and aim to provide the right knowledge for the right decision at the right time. This applies to the solutions we provide for our customers as well as to our own way of working. New ideas for improving our processes are encouraged – an idea of the month is being rewarded regularly.

We are proud of our company and of our Finnish roots. We want to be the best in our field without forgetting to have some fun at work too!
